For almost 30 years, Shakespeare in the Schools has been our region’s most trusted source for cutting-edge Shakespearean education. This fall, Shakespeare FOR the Schools offers exciting, engaging, and safe programs for your classroom. Teachers can choose models that are synchronous or asynchronous.

Asynchronous & Synchronous Options

Choose From Virtual Workshops to be led by Montana Shakespeare in the Parks actor/educators or to be delivered asynchronously:

Hip Hop and Shakespeare
Connecting the poetry from two seemingly separate worlds.

Gender and the Other
Delve into the complex characters of Shakespeare’s plays as they wrestle with the creation of their identities

Shakespeare and Pop Culture: 21st Century and the Bard
Critically explore film adaptations and utilize current technology to personalize Shakespeare’s plays for the modern student

Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night Graphic Novel Adaptation (Asynchronous only)
Enjoy reading an adaptation of the classic play along with educational, artistic, and interactive elements for your students to enjoy.

Price Points

  • Asynchronous Learning Material Packet - $100
    • Download and print out the materials for learning on your own schedule
  • One Workshop - $150
    • 45 minutes with a Montana Shakespeare in the Parks actor leading one of the workshops described above
  • Three Workshops - $400
    • Three 45-minute sessions with a Montana Shakespeare in the Parks actor each covering one of the workshop lessons
  • Residency Option - $800
    • Up to five days (five hours max) of live workshops with Shakespeare in the Parks actors leading in depth workshops
