Sam Cheeseman
Laertes (Hamlet) / Leontes (Winter's Tale)
Sam is Chicago based actor who has been calling Montana Shakespeare in the Parks his artistic home since 2020. He is stoked to be working on his 2nd summer tour and 8th tour overall with the company. You may have seen him last year as Porthos in The Three Musketeers or various roles in Measure for Measure. After being an integral part of building the Virtual SHAKES! program in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, Sam has taken a lot of pride in working on the educational tours, bringing Shakespeare into schools throughout Montana and Wyoming. Sam has also worked in the Shakespeare educational capacity with American Player's Theater, Nebraska Shakespeare Festival, and Utah Shakespeare Festival.
