Hannah Jacobsma

Director of Community Engagement

Hannah grew up in Saugatuck, MI where she began her journey with dance and theatre at the age of 4 at the local Dance Asylum and after-school Notable Pages library program. She attended the School of the Grand Rapids Ballet Company for 8 years and performed in both school performances and select company performances. After teaching English in France and working two summers at the 7D Ranch in Sunlight Basin, WY, Hannah moved to Bozeman in 2018 to work for Alpengirl Summer Adventure Camp as a field guide and office assistant. She also started Hannah’s Ballet, sharing the joy of movement and ballet with K-5 students in Manhattan, MT. In 2021 she joined local dance company Raison d’Être Dance Project as a company dancer and adult ballet instructor. Her passions include snowboarding, fly-fishing, hiking, and cooking. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks and support the work of bringing professional, live theatre to so many wonderful schools and communities.
